Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy

Conflict Minerals refer to tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold (3TG), and other minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries, where the armed groups use forced labor, human right abuses, and other illegal means to mine, sell and fund weapons, causing regional unrest.

This policy is established to ensure Ideal adheres to internationally recognized responsible supply chain management principles in mineral procurement activities, and to eliminate the procurement of mineral resources that may fund armed conflicts, violate human rights, or involve illegal activities.

This policy applies to all mineral procurement activities of Ideal, covering including but not limited to tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), gold (Au) (collectively "3TG"), as well as minerals such as cobalt, natural graphite, lithium, nickel, copper, and mica.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Ideal commits to eliminating the use of Conflict Minerals. In addition, all suppliers of Ideal are required to:

• 1. Undertake social and environmental responsibilities;
• 2. Ensure that no Conflict Minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries and regions are incorporated into their products;
• 3. Conduct regular supply chain due diligence, disclose relevant information, and trace minerals contained in all products, including gold, tantalum, tin, tungsten, cobalt, natural graphite, lithium, nickel, copper and mica. All suppliers shall adopt CMRT/EMRT templates and conduct tier-by-tier investigations to identify smelters;
• 4. Sign the Conflict Minerals Non-Use Commitment, and cascade the requirements under this policy to the upstream supply chain at all tiers.
